Refund Policy for the 9-5 Exit Strategy Session

Thank you for investing in the 9-5 Exit Strategy Session. This policy explains the terms under which refunds are provided. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Nature of the service
The 9-5 Exit Strategy Session is a live, personalized virtual consultation delivered one-on-one. Due to the customized nature of this service and the immediate allocation of preparation time, your purchase is considered final once completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
- Scheduling Conflicts: If we are unable to honor the agreed session time and a suitable reschedule cannot be arranged, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- Technical Failures: If technical issues on our end prevent the session from being delivered, and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
- Mistaken Purchase: Requests for refunds due to accidental or duplicate purchases must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and prior to the session being conducted.
3. Non-Refundable Sitations
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: If you decide not to attend after purchasing.
- No-Show: Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice.
- Completed Services: Once the session has been conducted (in whole or in part), no refund will be issued.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
- You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled session.
- Reschedules requested with less than 48 hours’ notice may be denied, and the session may be forfeited without refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@thegritguy.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – Exit Strategy Session.”
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By purchasing the 9-5 Exit Strategy Session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
